Currently stuck because no new event is playing after Cecile training, its just the default no topic message. I feel like I've tried just about everything but idk if maybe I'm just missing something. Last gallery scene I got is the 5th on page 2 for Cecile

I'm trying to do the preservation II task, but my progression seems to have somehow locked priscilla into never being uptown at night. Is this something I can fix or does priscilla just eventually stop going there?
